NOTE: The report function is strictly for reporting people who actually did something against the Hello Pal Community Guidelines. People who misuse the reporting system (e.g., falsely reporting someone) will run the risk of getting banned himself/herself.
Reporting someone from a chat room or their profile page
- Tap the "..." button in the top right corner of the screen.
- Choose "Report User."
- Select a reason for sending a report.
If the available options don't apply to you, select "Other" then type in your complaint. Press OK to send your report.
Reporting someone's post (Moments, Questions or Exercises)
- Tap the "..." button in the bottom right corner of the post.
- Choose "Report."
- Select a reason for sending a report.

Reporting someone's comment (Moments, Questions or Exercises)
- Long-press the comment that you want to report.
- Choose "Report."
- Select a reason for sending a report.
If the available options don't apply to you, select "Other" then type in your complaint. Press OK to send your report.
Once we receive your report, we will check the reported person's account and activity to verify your complaint. Depending on their specific violation(s), we may send them a warning message, restrict their access to some app functions, or suspend their account permanently. (Click here to learn more.)
